Submission Instructions

Login using your MyASNT credentials. If you don't have a MyASNT account, you can create an account by clicking the 'My Account' tab at the top of the screen and then selecting "Don't have an account?'. Once logged in, select from the dropdown menu which category you would like to submit/nominate someone for.

After creating a nomination or application, you may begin working on your forms and uploading the required supporting documents. You can save your work as you go and return to the site as often as needed to complete the nomination or application form. Once your nomination/application has been finalized and submitted, you are not able to make any further changes to the forms.  All information will be reviewed as entered.
